Our esteemed partner school, Mittelpunktgrundschule and Mozaik has come to an important milestone in their cooperation, it has been three years that we work together. During this period this institution had the opportunity to experience the full-on potential of mozaLearn, our digital education system. Their experience showed us that the complexity of our product doesn’t represent any difficulty, after a short period of familiarization the staff was able to use it smoothly. We are proud of the fact that they had little to no technical issues, or in the event of the occurrence of an inconvenience our team has provided the necessary support rapidly and effectively.
Mozaik always underlines the importance of its educational background, that helps the company in the creation of an efficient, easy-to use and didactically-methodologically adequate product. We were delighted to see that our partner school expressed its satisfaction regarding this unique aspect of mozaLearn that is unparalleled on the market. With the intuitive and visually appealing user interface even the colleagues with less experience in technology could have an entertaining learning process.
The features of mozaBook came in so handy for them that they slowly became part of everyday life. The cloud based nature of the product allowed the teachers to create content from the comfort of their homes, and later use that in any classroom that has the required infrastructure, or even to pass it on to their colleagues. The integrated browser and the preexisting database transforms mozaBook into an all-in-one solution for them. Based on their feedback, mozaBook is now an integrated part of every subject, even social and religious studies.
During the pandemic mozaBook’s video recorder gained significant importance for the teachers, because with the help of it, they were able to create and send video lessons to their pupils.
Mozaik’s mozaLearn system now represents such a high value for Mittelpunktgrundschule that they offered to volunteer to demonstrate the use of mozaBook in actual real life circumstances.

We are delighted to announce that Mozaik and Vodafone continue to have a cooperation that helps digital education with educational software. The two companies have been working together since March 2020 to support students and teachers with the switch to digital education. During last spring and summer, Mozaik has made its media library and textbooks free of charge, and Vodafone provided the opportunity for users to use these without consuming their mobile data. Besides this, Mozaik and Vodafone launched their Digital Education Packages in October 2020. The packages are giving access for a small monthly fee for students of elementary and high schools to interactive educational content and books. Both of these projects had the intention of helping students and teachers alike with home learning and distance learning.
In sequence to the aforementioned two projects, Mozaik and Vodafone have a new one that aims to further aid 45 sub-regional schools included in Vodafone’s Digital School Program, and their 1400 teachers with free mozaBook Classroom licences until the end of the school year, and also with 5 freely selectable digital textbooks. Thanks to the program, in these schools that are teaching disadvantaged children, 13.000 students can experience quality education whether in class or through distance learning free of charge.
The Vodafone Foundation and Mozaik joined forces to secure the existence of digital education in sub-regions, where home and distance-learning is difficult to be established. “The shift to distance learning and learning at home last year has been an unprecedented challenge for teachers, parents and students. All this meant even bigger difficulties for schools operating in sub-regions. The Vodafone Foundation and Mozaik would like to help them with the free mozaBook access, because one of our most important tenet is that every child deserves a quality education, and we are making every possible effort to support them” - said Emőke Flakstad, secretary-general of Vodafone Hungary Foundation.
mozaBook was optimized for interactive boards and PCs and its biggest advantage is that it can be used both in class and at home. The systems’ digitized books are enriched with 3D scenes, videos, tasks and thematic tools. Besides mozaBook, Mozaik and the Vodafone Foundation are offering any 5 of these books for the teachers free of charge. With this, more than 13.000 disadvantaged students can experience the opportunities presented by quality digital education.

mozaWeb Browser is unique in the sense that it supports both the technology of the past and the future. The Adobe Flash Player plug-in is still supported and preinstalled in the browser itself to facilitate the use of our tools and games so that you do not have to worry about external installation and permissions.
Our mozaWeb Browser is based on the open-source Chromium which actually makes it a fully functioning Google Chrome. It has an interface that is already familiar for the users, therefore securing a smooth experience for them. It is automatically updated together with Google Chrome which means it is just as safe. Örömmel jelentjük be, hogy a Mozaik Kiadó és a Vodafone Alapítvány továbbra is közös erőfeszítéseket tesz, hogy segítse a digitális oktatás, ezúttal ingyenes oktatási szoftverrel. A két cég 2020 március óta dolgozik együtt aktívan, hogy támogatást nyújtson mind a tanároknak, mind a diákoknak, a digitális oktatásra való átállásban. A tavalyi tavasz és nyár során a Mozaik ingyenesen hozzáférhetővé tette a médiatárát és könyveit, amelyeket a Vodafone jóvoltából pedig az adatforgalom használata nélkül lehetett igénybe venni. Ezen kívül 2020 októberében a Vodafone és a Mozaik elindította a Digitális Oktatás Csomagok forgalmazását. Ezek a csomagok egy kisebb havidíj ellenében interaktív oktatási tartalmakhoz és könyvekhez biztosítanak hozzáférést általános- és középiskolai diákok számára.
Az említett két projekt folytatásaként a Mozaik Kiadó és a Vodafone Alapítvány ismét összefogott azzal a céllal, hogy a digitális tananyagok kistérségi iskolákba is eljussanak, és több mint 1400 tanárnak biztosítsanak ingyenes hozzáférést a Mozaik Kiadó oktatási szoftveréhez, a mozaBookhoz. A program a mozaBook mellett 5 darab szabadon választható könyvet is térítésmentesen kínál a tanárok számára. Az együttműködésnek köszönhetően a Vodafone Alapítvány Digitális Iskola Programjában résztvevő, mintegy 45 kistérségi iskola 13.000 rászoruló diákja tapasztalhatja meg a minőségi digitális oktatást, legyen szó otthoni tanulásról, vagy tantermi környezetről.
A Vodafone Alapítvány és a Mozaik Kiadó közös igyekezete, hogy a kistérségekben, ahol jellemzően nagyobb nehézségekkel küzdenek az e-oktatás területén, biztosítsák a megfelelő digitális oktatás létrejöttét. „A tavalyi évben a távoktatásra való átállás és az otthoni tanulás korábban nem tapasztalt kihívások elé állította a pedagógusokat, a szülőket és a diákokat. Mindez még nagyobb nehézségeket jelentett a kistérségekben működő iskolákban. A Vodafone Alapítvány és a Mozaik Kiadó nekik szeretne segítséget nyújtani az ingyenes mozaBook hozzáféréssel, hiszen egyik legfontosabb alapelvünk, hogy a minőségi oktatás minden gyereknek jár, ezt pedig minden tőlünk telhető módon igyekszünk támogatni, segíteni.” – mondta el Flakstad Emőke, a Vodafone Magyarország Alapítvány főtitkára.
Az interaktív táblára és tanári számítógépre optimalizált mozaBook oktatási szoftver nagy előnye, hogy egyaránt alkalmazható tantermi és otthoni környezetben. A rendszer digitális könyveit interaktívan használható 3D-modellek, videók, feladatok és tematikus eszközök teszik érdekesebbé. A Mozaik Kiadó és a Vodafone Alapítvány projektje a mozaBook hozzáférés mellett 5 darab szabadon választható digitális könyvet is ingyenes ad a tanárok kezébe.

We are happy to announce that Mozaik Education’s new Digital Education Packages, created in the framework of a partnership with Vodafone, are available for Vodafone customers from 20 October 2020. These unique packages aim to improve access to immersive digital content for primary and secondary school students as well as to develop students’ digital skills. 
The common goal of Vodafone Hungary and Mozaik Education is to fight against social inequalities by providing access to high-quality educational content for the next generation and improving their digital skills using interactive learning content.
As part of the new Digital Education Packages, users can get unlimited access to mozaWeb, Mozaik Education’s digital educational platform, which contains more than 1200 interactive 3D scenes, 1200 videos, 120 subject-related tools and games, 780 audios, 5300 images as well as numerous exercises and worksheets to support education and learning in the digital space. Also, these packages include digital textbooks as well (1 or 5 freely chosen, primary or secondary school textbooks), which, together with the interactive content, help to process new knowledge and to deepen and practice the acquired knowledge.
“High-quality education should be available for every child. This was our basic idea, when back in spring, due to the crisis caused by the coronavirus, we decided to offer Mozaik Education’s digital educational content without having to use any data from the plan. This remained our main focus when we created the two new Digital Education Packages as, for only the price of a meal, we can provide our clients with high-quality, exciting digital educational content every month.” said Balázs Révész, Vodafone Hungary’s Consumer Business Unit Director. One of the advantages of the new packages is that customers can purchase them without having to sign a fixed-term plan, this way, customers can buy this service only for a month, such as when preparing for a final test or aiming to improve marks at the end of the school year.

The Digital Education Package Basic, available for a monthly fee of HUF 750, provides unlimited access to Mozaik Education's cloud-based, integrated education system and includes free access to one selected textbook. The Digital Education Package Extra, available for a monthly fee of HUF 2,490, also provides unlimited access to the learning material available on mozaWeb and, in addition, students can choose five digital textbooks offered for their school grade. These interactive textbooks help make learning more exciting, faster, and more lasting; they are recommended for parents and students who want to make learning at home an entertaining experience. Customers can activate for any Vodafone monthly plan in the MyVodafone application or via online or telephone customer service. It can also be added to newly purchased fixed-term plans in the Vodafone webshop and stores. The service can also be ordered by parents; students do not need to have a fixed-term Vodafone plan.
Örömmel jelentjük be, hogy a Vodafone Magyarországgal együttműködésben kialakított Digitális Oktatás Csomagjaink 2020. október 20-tól elérhetőek a Vodafone ügyfelei számára. Az egyedülálló konstrukció célja, hogy segítsük az általános és középiskolás fiatalok élményszerű oktatási tartalmakhoz való hozzáférésének lehetőségét és digitális készségeinek fejlesztését.
A Vodafone Magyarország és a Mozaik Kiadó célja közös: a társadalmi egyenlőtlenségek kiküszöbölésének érdekében a következő nemzedék minőségi oktatási tartalomhoz való hozzáférésének biztosítása és digitális készségeinek fejlesztése interaktív oktatási anyagok segítségével.
Az új Digitális Oktatás Csomagok részeként, korlátlanul hozzáférhető a digitális oktatási platformunk, a mozaWeb, mely több mint 1200 interaktív háromdimenziós jelenettel, 1200 videóval, 120 tantárgyspecifikus applikációval és játékkal, 780 hanganyaggal, 5300 képpel, illetve számos teszttel és feladatsorral segíti a digitális térben történő oktatást és tanulást. Ezeken felül a csomagok digitális kiadványokat is tartalmaznak (1 vagy 5 választható általános iskolai vagy középiskolai könyvet), melyek az interaktív tartalmakkal kiegészülve segítséget nyújtanak a tananyag könnyebb feldolgozásához, valamint a megszerzett ismeretek elmélyítéséhez és gyakorlásához.

Ezen alapgondolat mentén, a koronavírus miatt kialakult helyzetre válaszul tettük adatforgalom használata nélkül elérhetővé a Mozaik Kiadó digitális oktatási tartalmait még tavasszal. A 750 forintos havidíjjal elérhető Digitális Oktatás Csomag Alap korlátlan hozzáférést biztosít a felhőalapú, integrált oktatási rendszerünkhöz, és 1 szabadon választott digitális kiadványt is tartalmaz. A 2490 forintos havidíjért elérhető Digitális Oktatás Csomag Extra szintén korlátlan hozzáférést biztosít a mozaWeb tananyagaihoz, ugyanakkor itt a diákok számára már 5 digitális kiadványt választhatnak az adott évfolyam kiadványai közül. A tananyagok interaktív környezettel segítik az élményszerűbb, gyorsabb és maradandóbb tanulást, olyan szülőknek és gyermekeiknek ajánlott, akik szeretnék érdekesebbé tenni az otthoni tanulást.
